Adele Marsh MCIPD is an experienced HR Business Partner, Operations Director & Management Consultant with 25 years experience in E-commerce, Digital, Hospitality, Communication, Construction & Charity sectors.

 

Following 5 years as an HR Operations Director in a start up that grew to over £1.1m turnover in just over 3 years, Adele decided to specialise in Human Resource Management and undertook her Professional Assessment of Competence Level 7 qualification with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development to gain Chartered Membership in 2012. 

 

Adele then spent 18 months in Northern Ireland as a successful HR Business Partner for Teleperformance, a global contact centre organisation employing over 130,000 staff across 258 sites. Adele had responsibility for up to 450 employees. Moving back to England towards the end of 2013, Adele spent 6 months as an HR Consultant for Practical HR before deciding move into consultancy fulltime, founding My HR Business Partner in 2014.

In 2022 Adele took over a Social Enterprise in Northern Ireland, Clearout NI which is a 3rd sector organisation working with hoarders. Adele is the sole Director of Progero Ltd t/a Clearout NI.

​

Adele has always had a keen interest in Politics, Philosophy, Theology & Psychology. She believes that these subjects should be more widely taught in high school so that young people gain a better understanding of the world around them.

 

Nowadays it is possible to gain access to highly educated people debate the big questions in life on the major technical platforms. Listening to Podcasts and watching videos is a great way of expanding your knowledge and helps us to formulate our own views.

As a professional Human Resources Consultant and business leader, Adele has experience working at a senior level, engaging with board members, directors and CEOs. Adele has a wealth of experience delivering both strategic and operational advice and guidance across all aspects of HRD including: Employee Relations, Engagement, Reward, Resourcing, Performance Management, Talent management, Succession Planning, Organisational Development and Change Management, Leadership development and Executive Coaching.

 

Adele has a high level of communication and influencing skills to coach, challenge and provide advice to stakeholders at all levels. Adele has also been successful in writing & implementing Policies & Procedures across the full HR spectrum in both existing & new organisations, along with a successful track record in Management Development.

 

Adele has a very strong operational background with excellent leadership skills and experience of working in matrix organisations.
